Dolls

I think this was my favourite bag at the market. Two terrifying but wonderful 'amateur art' handmade dolls, another doll whose dress I want as my own, and a poodle's head. I love the amount of time the person who made the dolls obviously put in- they have furry eyelashes, silky underwear and a greaseproof paper belt!

Sunday Market

I woke up to a lovely sunny morning so I thought I would take a stroll to the sunday market before work...never a good idea when trying to save money but fortunately I spent a grand total of £6 on a pile of treats. These little illustrations were in an old children's atlas.

Witch?

My favourite window in mousehole...I think it might've been a witch?

CORNWALL!

I have just spent a lovely week in a sunny, hot and beautiful cornwall, staying in Mousehole with the old crew...sunning, eating, drinking and gossiping too much! I missed those guys....I miss them again now! Cheers to a good summer! Here are a few of the best bits....
(in order: a memorable spot in Mousehole, walking up to the Minack Theatre, Tourist shot, competition for the Argus? Cornish excitement, making sandwiches, Lands end cat, fish and chips in the rockpools, Zennor coffee and cake, Zennor cliffs, babes on rocks x2, St. Ives graves, Nancledra with Ruffy, the lake at Georgia, crabbing prep.)

Good Housekeeping HOME annual

I pick up a lot of these home/cooking encyclopedias. As a hoarder and organiser I love the photos of the collections of utensils etc...this one has some nice little illustrations too.
